Simple yet healthy Juice

#Day 1 Health TipIngredients:-

  • Capsicum – 1pc
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Green Apple – 2 pcs
  • Bitter melon – 2 small one
  • Celery – 2 pcs
  • Vepaaku – optional (Good for heart and blood vessels) 5 leaves
  • Curry leaves – optional (Good for eyesight) – 10 leaves

Benefits:-
Note that this juice is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach to reap the most benefits, including detox, fighting high blood pressure, cholesterol and constipation.

Masala Drink to reduce belly fat

Ingredients:-

  • Omum – 2 Tables spoons
  • Chinna Jilakarra – 2 Table spoons
  • Dhanialu – 1 Table spoon
  • Pedda Jilakarra – 1 Table spoon
  • Karivepaku – 15 leaves
  • Jaggery – Preference based

 

Method:- Omum, chinna jeelakara, petha jeelakara, dhanialu and karivepaku is first stir fried slightly on low heat. Then blend the ingredients that have been stir fried into powder. Put 1 tablespoon of the powder and jaggery into a cup of hot water. You can replace this drink for tea or coffee. Drink for 7 days and see the results!

Cucumber Ginger Lemon Detox Drink

Ingredients:-

  • Cucumber — 1pc
  • Mint — 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Ginger — Small pieces
  • Water — 1 cup
  • Lemon — 1/2 cup (Juice)
  • Honey – 2 spoons

Method:- Blend all the ingredients and mix with lemon juice and honey.

Benefits:- Great as a detox, Improves and digestion process.

SAFFRON DOSA

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup minapappu
  • 3 cups idli biyam
  • 1 teaspoon mentulu
  • A pinch of saffron

Method:- Soak minapappu, biyam and mentulu for 4 hours and then blend. Mid of blending add saffron. Set aside for about 5 hours. Add salt and mix well before making the thosa. Voila… you will have a spongy Dosa!

Tomato Chutney:- 1 teaspoon Senagapappu, 1 teaspoon Meenapapu, 1 Onion, 2 Dry chillies, 1 cm Ginger, 3 Tomatoes, 2 tablespoon grated Coconut Stir fry all ingredients in oil and add required amount of salt. Blend all and chutney ready!

The Method:-Please Note that I recommend grinding your own rice flour as the store bought versions are too superfine to act as an exfoliator.
Important:-If you are allergic to turmeric leave it out, I recommend doing a patch test 48 hours earlier.

HOME MADE BEANSPROUT

Method:-
1.Prepare a glass or plastic bottle with lid. Make some holes on the lid.
2.Soak 2 Tablespoon of green peas at night.
3.Next morning wash the peas and put in the glass or plastic bottle. Pour lukewarm or tepid water in the bottle containing peas. Water should just cover the peas.
4.Cover the bottle and pour out the water from the bottle through the holed lid. Do this process morning, afternoon and evening for 2 days.
5. The first day evening you can see sprouts.
6.The second day evening you will get your taugeh. Create, Enjoy and be Healthy always.
